Do you know why people tend to not use their real name and photos? Because it makes your identity extremely easy to steal. Know what you need to steal an identity? An email, a phone number, an address, and a name. You don't even need a photo. Using common usernames that can be traced everywhere means people can guess your passwords, since you probably use the same ones if you can't bother to use different usernames more often across platforms.
