In retrospect Carrot is just a more stock version of Chopper, but with tits. Like Oda's saying he should've thought of Minks earlier than Sabaody.
 
the idea of a final strawhat is interesting but i honestly doubt it will happen. i could see one of the vegapunks tagging along for a little bit but thats about it. unless they decide to do something crazy and have someone like koby join for some reason.

I could see Luffy inviting Dorry and Brogy to join for shits and giggles. It's not like he isn't known to change his mind on things. 10 crew members? Fuck it! Dorry and Brogy count as one! That'd be his logic anyways.

Koby isn’t really going to be a SH, just a “good” Marine in the endgame, at least that’s what I’m assuming. Most I can see is Yamato coming back and joining if she ever gives up the Oden LARP (though I doubt it), probably during when Wano unleashes Pluton during the end times. Otherwise, we get all the “good” pirates following Joy Boy Luffy as a massive army for the grand finale.

Hi, i'm still at marineford but isn't okama the trans character western fans wanted? they're both trans male, female and even crossdressers, but they still want Yamato to be confirmed as trans which she isn't.

It also ignores the reason Yamato even does the Oden act (even if it comes across as more like Princess Kenny from South Park: The Stick of Truth).
 
If Yamato does become a Strawhat, I don't think it'll be the big win they think it would be anyway. They lost their shit when she took a bath with the guys due to the fan service and, ya know, the actual nature of her LARPing.

...and it'll be hilarious if Yamato dropping the LARP would be the end goal of her arc.

It’s because Okama are the a physically grotesque caricature (if more sympathetic than their real life counterparts) whereas Yamato is the big titty waifu they want to be.
