From what it looks like, Cobra’s park is mostly older people, probably snowbirds who stay in Casper for the summer activities then head south for winter. No, the colors don't work for me, but like with all art, it's in the eye of the beholder.
And the beholder gets to have it, and he will say "Thank you, Jessica".

It doesn't, it's a shitty blacklight she's shining on it, and it's only, like, half the paint colors. She could get a glow-in-the-dark top coat, but she doesn't need more..She already seems to think that she needs more brushes, or, like, one brush per paint.
