He IS a pussy but Nick being removed from picture might not be what did it. He was on Nick 's show admitting to basically harassing and stalking Eric and I remember Nick trying to make him retract because it did not look good on him. Dax kept digging that hole. I think the Riley arrest and the videos of the incident coming out was what scared him more.

Probably the most bizarre thing you could ever say to anyone let alone police. “Yeah I get a lot of calls about people thinking I’m filming their kids”. Reasonable reaction out of any parent if I saw him at the park while my kids were there too.
Drunk guy was more cordial and put together about things while blasted out of his mind. Unlike Riley, drunk guy didn’t blather on about comics or any other inane concepts to the police. He just struggled with his Uber while realizing he was shitblasted after having a great time at Eric July’s party.
Now that I think about it I feel like Riley was summoning his inner Dax Herrera and thought he could smooth his way out of the situation of pressing his greasy hairy body up to the glass filming people enjoying themselves while talking to cops how it’s totally normal this stuff keeps happening to him. I wonder if we can get body cam footage of Riley at Eric July’s place which caught him the trespassing and stalking charges. I’m willingly to go all in and go bossmanjack bet it all that Riley tried the same stuff there. I can already see him mention to the officer he constantly gets called over people thinking he’s filming kids while talking about how Eric July totally invited him there in a YouTube video before rambling on about comic books and his Twitter account. The officer probably found the situation so bizarre he tossed on trespassing and stalking charges.

Guys I sent the video of the arrest to my Uncle who works for CSI:Miami and he analaised the screen shot I sent him and he was able to confirm it was all Eric July who did this. If you don't believe me look at the attached photo. So Dick Masterson was right all along. Sorry Kiwi Bros.

The officer had to tell Riley not to yell. IIRC the inability to control volume of speech is a massive sign of autism. Bigger issue is that Riley sounds like he has been sucking a bottle of helium. Pretty sure this bodycam footage is fake, it's all obviously 3d assets. I have seen the real footage, including the part where he was peppersprayed. The following is a picture ripped from the bodycam moments before he was sprayed. He seems to have eluded the attempts to grab him due to his short stature and greasy skin and skittered over to the tactical weapons locker. It is shocking the cops were able to recover the situation.

I mean theoretically yes, anything could be. But there's really no evidence other than conjecture and what seems funniest. Even if there was some number fudging going on, I can't imagine it's 25k worth of laundered drug money. As if Dax had the energy to move that much blow.
The more likely answer is he has really, really shit engagement and there's probably people who subscribed back in the day who now sparingly if ever listen but forgot to turn auto renewal off.
