Ugh, this argument. No, you do not go through a 'second endocrine puberty', because it isn't possible. Puberty involves more than just an explosion of estrogen or testosterone, it's the amalgamation of other hormones as well. All they are doing is injecting the same amount of estrogen and anti-androgens in their bodies every day. They already went through a 'second puberty' via normal puberty, as males have mini puberty at six months of age (AFAIK females have them as well, but it is not as pronounced as it is in males).
