Well, lets considered some other facts:

1. If they replace Biden (without him dying) he is officially can't be removed from the ballot of two states. 1 or 2 more depending on how long it takes to get a replacement.
2. If they don't replace Biden with Harries all the money that was raised for the Biden/Harries ticket can't be used by next person.
3. The shadow cable that runs Biden likes their jobs and wants to keep it and basically runs the DNC

Important details below:

Technically, the DNC has many hundreds of members, but the actual nerve center of the party is this committee, small enough to fit into a single D.C. hotel room.

The roughly 30 members of the Rules and Bylaws Committee are far from famous. You’ve heard of Ilhan Omar, AOC, and Gretchen Whitmer, but have you heard of… Frank Leone? Ken Martin? David McDonald? But anonymous or not, this is the body with the power to change how the Democrats pick their nominee.

And this body, as it happens, is stacked in Biden’s favor. Membership in this critical committee is controlled by the chairman of the DNC, Jaime Harrison, formerly chair of the South Carolina Democrats. Harrison owes his position to being chosen by Joe Biden, and as expected of him, he’s filled Rules and Bylaws with reliable Biden backers. A year ago, over loud protests from some sections of the party, the Rules and Bylaws Committee executed Biden’s request to reshuffle the Democratic primary calendar to reduce the prominence of states that are “too white.” They demoted Iowa and New Hampshire (the states where Biden bombed) and elevated South Carolina (the state that rocketed him to the nomination in 2020).

The presence of so many Biden political allies implies, on the flip side, a lack of allies for anyone else. If there really were a viable plot to install Gavin Newsom specifically, it would help to have Newsom political allies somewhere high up in the Democrat Party apparatus. But instead, such allies are missing. That’s no surprise, because he’s not the one who controls the Rules Committee.

In short, the DNC is not some independent actor on the left. It is a body substantially controlled by Joe Biden. Expecting it to change course in order to save the Democrats is like expecting Donald Trump’s presidential campaign to be derailed by the membership of Mar-a-Lago.

There might be panic this weekend but by July 4 I expect almost if not all the dems will be Riding With Biden all the way to the end.

Or we get absolute clown world chaos with some Dem riots in a couple of states since their votes are worthless and confusion in the others.

I realize now what Biden's response during the debates reminded me of.

I happen to know a few people who are stroke survivors - my uncle, and one of my old friends. They're still very smart people, but due to actual fucking brain damage they have trouble communicating; one stumbles over his words a lot and the other has difficulty starting or finishing words or sentences. Due to extensive time with them, I have absolutely no trouble understanding them, which both find very reassuring (remember to be there for the people you care about, Kiwis, they need it as much as you need them).

Biden sounds almost the exact way, but there's a distinct difference: When I listen to my uncle or my friend, I have zero trouble understanding exactly what the fuck they're trying to say and why. Their intelligence and ability to explain things is undiminished, they just have difficulty communicating and once you figure that out understanding them becomes second-nature. But with Biden, I have no idea what the fuck he's trying to say at any given moment. At best, I can liken the experience to trying to discern the ramblings of a drunk trying to explain a rambling story of how he got extra fries this one time at Wendy's. At worst, you can tell that he has serious issues even understanding where the fuck he is or why.

It's kind of sad to witness. I remember reading somewhere that Trump lost his dad to Alzheimer's - first metaphorically, as he couldn't remember anything, and then literally when the disease took his life. I can only imagine what he must have felt looking at Biden across the stage and seeing the level of decline he went through just from 2020. No wonder he looked fucking depressed.

I think so too actually. It's not inconceivable that Biden suffered a stroke sometime in the last two years and it was covered up and never reported on.

Fun fact: the most prescribed drug in Congress is Alzheimer's medication. Remember a year or so ago when it was revealed all the main Alzheimer's drugs were based off a fraudulent study? There was most assuredly some quiet assassinations after that came out.

Politicians today, even trump, can't do more than a couple minutes of gotcha phrases so that they can get clipped and shared online, the most I've seen was Putin and it wasn't a hour long coherent speech either.

That woman is a flaming narcissist and an idiot. Just look at the way she talks to Biden in public. Like she is guiding around a toddler. Anyone with any mind for optics or strategy would know better.

Never trust anyone who demands to be called doctor, especially if their doctorate isn't in medicine. Doctorate in Educational Leadership? Malarkey.

He is coping and seething on the DJT Lolcow thread (which is the designated shitting thread for TDS suffering retards by the mods to keep the rest of the site going smooth) going down Android Raptor type of sneeding about "evangelicals", while most other posters are similarly coping that Trump was bad it's just that Biden was worse but also Orange Man Bad.

Just ignore the guy. TDS is a terminal illness and there is no reason to dwell on it.

While I had thi since quite a few years ago, Joe's flop in the debate, which I admittedly did not watch, probably makes this more portent.

I have this morbid curiosity on Kamala Harris ascending to being president. I do not want Joe dead, but, since the Democratic Party kept propping up Ruth Ginsburg because she was the wall that kept Roe vs Wade going, there is no way tha the Democratic Party are going to let g of Joe Biden no matter how much he falls. Despite what others claim, I actually do no think that Kamala was made Vice President because she makes Joe look good. Rather, I say that was because she banged her way to the top while being a 'WOC'.

The reason behind this morbid curiosity... Kamala, the Democratic Party, and Social Justice Warriors are al LOLCows. If Joe dies (since they would not just let him retire), Kamala would be the President. Because of Kamala's performance, the Democratic Party would wan to replace her, even trying to drag Michelle Obama. The problem is that Michelle has no desire of being made President, even though she is the only other WOC possibility. The others are not. If Kamala was replaced by someone white, especially an 'old white man', the Social Justice Warriors, especially the Black Lives Matter crowd, would raise kehhei over a Woman of Colour being knocked off her 'ightful' place. While the Social Justice crow and the Black Lives Matter crowd are mainly Democratic kapos, they truly, honestly believe in thi stuff. The backlash would be immense.

In this position, the Democratic party would have no choice bu to let Kamala be the President. Then, the rea laughs begin.

The Democratic party, Social Justice Warriors, and Black Lives Matter crowd al loudly talk abou this 'rightfully historic' moment of a 'stunning and brave Woman of Colour' being President, fulfilling many fantasies. Soon, when Kamala laughs her way out of responsibility and into mess after mess, everyone scambles to make Kamala look good and claim that only racists who secretly wan to bang Kamala have any problem wit her, even when anyone sane can see not. This would be a beautiful corn harvest. In fac, there only be about five months befor elections means that Kamala cannot do too much damage compared to, say, having her be President in 2021, though Kamala could do something very Horrifying even in that shor time period.

The only possible damper is the way the 'anti-fascist' crowd swapped from claming that drinking milk makes you a Nazi to unironically using the term 'Zionazi'. What would stop a similar instant flip in the crowd?
