Not some weird cheesecake, side, appetizer, or entree but the whipped cream you get with their desserts. I've been trying to find a way to make it at home but the recipe is a tough nut to crack.
I actually have one of those and that's what keyed me into it being recipe-related. It's good for making Starbucks-styled whipped cream but the whipped cream at Cheesecake Factory has this flavor, texture, stabilty, and sweetness that just doesn't match it.

I've read that a small amount of cream cheese (which isn't too surprising considering the location) is the way to do it but all the recipes I see call for piping it from a bag rather than using a whipped cream dispenser.
Do you how long it's supposed to cook? She didn't specify and just said it doesn't take a long time.I just made some fried calamari at home for the first time, it is so easy I am kicking myself for not doing it sooner.
