The average independent is already dubious at best and pre-recorded remarks aren't going to positively change the impressions they got from the debate. Doubly so after that official remark about how Biden is only functional during the core hours of 10-4

First that half ass embarrassing statement from his campaign and now this. Man, they're really...REALLY salty. Biden really was hoping to jail Trump (especially with his, 'there's time for that' remark) as his ace in the hole. I can imagine that behind the scenes when the court released its statement, there might have been almost Hillarly 2016 election night levels of rage.
Within one week, the SC has just kept steamrolling the left and Biden's big debate that was claimed would curb stomp Trump instead has had the effect of dividing your party and having the MSM publicly talk about how you should step down. No wonder he shits his pants.
