I'm 99% sure he is high on something, which is also concerning because he looks 15 in the picture?? BPD roach has drawn him smoking pot before, but I was under the impression that it was only because he is a massive faggot that just did the "le 16 layers of irony hurr hurr I am so ironicalleh badass", but him being addicted to a substance could explain why he is skinny fat instead of obese even though in the image you can see he is overweight (another reason could be that he simply had the boys' second growth spurt later and stayed the same weight but didn't exercise) and why he talks like he has a dented brain.
