What are the odds she actually goes through four (or more) surgeries? Don't know the time table between recovery from one surgery to the next but if the first is as uncomfortable as everyone is saying, there's almost no way she goes through them all. Predicting that after first surgery or two doesn't give her immediate results she will memory hole this (just like she did this recent runners arc) and segue slowly into the muchie arc with content like "I have lipedema which is fat that can never be removed by traditional means, and here's how I deal with my disablity."

My guess is she'll assume any pain or discomfort will be resolved by going through all surgeries

A Cluster B personality disorder; that's what's wrong with her. She's a Narcissist, with some Borderline and Histrionic flavoring, but exactly how much and of what doesn't really matter.

It's not that normal people can't have wide emotional swings when under stress, and go from having a total meltdown to joking around in a span of hours or days. It's just that their emotions are genuine, and they don't even stop to think about making videos to manipulative a vast, faceless social media audience.

I'm honestly confused about this surgery. I definitely don't know a ton about all this, but I thought the whole thing with lipedema is that you can't suck it out with regular liposuction because it's hard or too fibrous or something? I thought that's why the other dude - Dr. lipedema popper - squished em out like those bug-eye alien toys.

The guy just seems to do regular liposuction. I guess it’s a different guy who squeezes the nodules out? Maybe it’s because Anna doesn’t really have lipedema.

If she thinks she’s going to have a thigh gap after this she’s going to be disappointed. She might lose one of the folds on her thighs-if she’s lucky. I’m sure her expectations don’t match reality. Or maybe the doctor is willing to kill her to get her a 40 inch thigh.

I predicted a painkiller addiction when she announced this. But maybe she’s been on them before and that’s why the over the top histrionics in her announcement thread? She was crying for an oxy. 💊. Haha!

Her behaviour is so bizarre. I think she’s actually thrilled about the surgery. She gets to lean into this lipedemia arc and get sympathy whilst also (in her mind) achieving thinness without any effort. It’s kind of disturbing the way she’s acting. Pretending to cry then making fun tiktok’s on her way to what seems like an incredibly dangerous procedure. It’s really really weirding me out.

She loves being the center of attention. I guess now the munchie arc is a better way to get it then posing in a bikini in times square. She also loves the idea of a quick fix and to offload all her responsibility for her condition to some vague external cause that only money can solve. Perfect storm.

Anna is seven hundred pounds of shit packed into a six hundred fifty pounds body. The max this surgeon can do is suck eighteen of those pounds out and stitch her up a tiny bit tighter, but she'll easily out-eat that loss and then some during her month-long recovery.
