Turns out this place is local to me, huh, I should go check it out. Looks like they sell it as their "roof grown organics" so I do expect it's definitely marked up.
Curious though because they're competing in a city that has a few established large-footprint farmer's markets within 20km.
IGA in general tends towards being more expensive than the competition on most things, and not always with good reason. Their produce is often more expensive and moves less than other places, so it's not always the freshest option for example. Lots of fancy foreign and domestic cheeses though.

Google maps imagery dated 2024 looks promising. I honestly need to hit up those markets more often but I am tragically unimaginative in cooking.
