While this situation is absolutely his own fault and PO boxes are piss cheap, they're not THAT cheap. They're typically closer to $20 a month at the official post office (usually leased at discount for multi-month periods); the private companies that offer them are roughly the same.

Still, this is his own fault. Maybe instead of legalizing whorehouses, he could have focused on his job. He can always sign up for general delivery at the post office if he needs a mailing address anyways.
