Might have been part of a rat plan. I couldn’t fathom why tf Andrew was letting BMJ drive his car. Maybe Andrew is a gambling man he figured high odds it would result in a jail/mandatory rehab stint if he got pulled over and lower odds a fiery wreck ending BMJ.

I’d bet his family sees it as a blessing because they seemed unable to intervene so feel the popo doing it for them is a plus. BMJ had been spiraling bad this last month.
I imagine his family might put up a facade of shock and dismay, but deep down this is nothing but a relief for them, and I bet they'll sleep better than they've ever slept in years tonight... both because of the lack of noise and the mental peace and quiet.

Ratdad maybe. Bossmom is having a sleepless night for a different reason. She's gotta be worried that he's going to say something stupid to the wrong person and get himself hurt. He's a fucking retard and she's not there to protect him.

It appears Austin was taken into custody yesterday, July 2 at 5:20PM Bossman Time, and transferred to the jail at 6:37PM. An hour seems about right to go from the police to the jail.

The county Austin lives in is small and doesnt have its own jail, it might have a lockup down at the Sherrifs office. Three or four smaller adjacent counties in the area made a regional jail for holding people. Austin does not actually live in the same county as Charlottesville VA though he's close.
Court records will likely update around 9am or 10am BossmanTime to show what his arrest was for.

Bossmom will forget about Austin when she experiences one day free from retarded monkey screaming.

My guess is that he got pulled over for driving while obviously fucked up and then was arrested for DUI once they confirmed that he was fucked up. I might be wrong, but I think police tow/impound cars after DUI arrests, so his brother's car, if my guess is true, probably got impounded.

Why do Virginia jail jumpsuits do that thing where the black and white stripes don't line up at the buttons? I saw that on Chris Chan and thought he just couldn't put on a shirt right.
It's most likely to save costs on manufacturing the jumpsuits. It takes more fabric to match fabric patterns at seams and plackets (where the button-down part is) because you have to be more strategic about where you cut the garment pieces out at, which results in more waste. Whereas, if you don't gaf, because they're just suits for prisoners, then you can cut those pieces out as close together as possible, which leaves less wasted fabric/more usable fabric, but you end up with fabric patterns on the garment that dont line up at the seams and plackets.

It's a regional jail you can escape your debt by pushing the red button and saying "help I want to go to another unit".
Nobody's going to try and saddle him with massive gambling debt that's unrecoverable the second he transfers somewhere else, he will get fucked up over a couple packets of soup or ten bucks of phone credit first.
From my understanding just getting scoped out as a guy whose family will max out his commissary account will be the best survival method for BMJ.

BMJ will be calling mom to add fund to a bunch of rando cellies in no time. Easy way to cover any debts.

I also don’t think Austin has the brain power for most jailhouse gambling - it’s poker spades and sports books. Maybe he can find some guys excited over coin flipping.
BMJ should prove me wrong and hit up all the online poker games upon release.
