I can't for the life of me understand why they didn't just do the same thing they did in 2020 and hide Biden in a basement while putting out media hitpieces on Trump.

The only real explanation i have is they got too high on their own supply and genuinely believed that Biden was off running marathons while working on a pile of Rubik cubes.

Because the nagging thought that Biden wasn't well would have fucked him at the polls. He doesn't have the excuse of not showing up due to covid. They also definitely believed their own propaganda.

Bit hard to hide in your basement for the entire election when you're the shitting resident sitting president and there's no Wuflu 2 to scare everyone with.

It's been said many times, but they fell for their own bluff with the debates
Trump asked for a debate, Biden refusing was weakness
So they decided to make a debate with ridiculous rules that they tought would hobble trump, and so he'd decide not to go.
But then, he said yes, so from there, either they decide to abandon it after getting all their conditions (extra weak, but the right solution) or just go with it and hope the drugs and the CNN mods can save sloppy ass joe

It's really funny that the debate rule fucking hobbled Biden so much. One of the very few ways trump could have fucked it up, imo, is by being too agressive and beating on a litterally dead horse. Now, with mikes cut, he was just there looking at the dementia tard stumble for a minute, then just came in with a barb and continued on to his issues.

Lol was this before or after he yanked the steering wheel away from a secret service agent? The man is so unpredictable!
It was during. He’s one of the best rapists this country has ever seen, some people even say the greatest. That’s what people say, it’s true

I’m obviously joking, just read it in Trumps voice

Biden is blaming Walmart and ALDI for high grocery prices:

Exactly which items is fucking ALDI of all stores allegedly gouging on? Their prices can fluctuate based on seasons, and commoditized items like eggs, but I can't name a single product I buy there that's up over 10% from 2020, even accounting for package shrink.

You misunderstand. Biden wants other stores to be like Aldi and Walmart.

1) He's the President now. Can't just hide him in a basement. He's got official functions to do and needs to at least pretend that he's doing the job
2) Covid is over (despite their attempts to keep it going) so Biden doesn't have the cover that he did in 2020. In 2020 when he hid in the basement for months at a time and did rallies where only 12 people showed up, the Biden campaign could argue that it was because he was being responsible and not trying to spread disease. Now he doesn't have that excuse.

Lol, SCOTUS threw out the Texas interstate suit in 2020 because, somehow, no court has standing to hear a case when states sue other states they see defrauding a national election. Even though the plain text of Article III section 2 says they have original jurisdiction.

Does this grandstanding joker think he's going to suddenly get sanity from the same justices 4 years later?

Remember, the founding fathers could have never anticipated that people might abuse the 1st amendment to accurately report on or criticize a Democrat. Therefore, we need to push through a law regulating these military grade Assault Words.
Protecting Fair Elections™ means you have to write bad things about Republicans and good things about Democrats. Everyone knows this.

Original jurisdiction doesn't mean there's standing. They still have to show some sort of particularized injury. Though states do get "special solicitude" when it comes to standing's injury in fact requirement under Massachusetts v. EPA, it will ultimately depend on the pleadings. Standing is used 15% of the time or so just to avoid hard cases, but it is legitimate I think. Right wing people should want enforceable standing doctrine as otherwise anybody could get a court to enforce the power of the state against anyone else for all types of bullshit reasons. If it were up to liberals—and I paraphrase Justice Bill Douglas here—the courts would allow trees to have standing.

I know we live in a clown world, but I prefer not to live in a Horton Hears a Who clown world.

They're going to do something incredibly stupid.

My Trump Curse Gear 5 clown world scenario is Trump wins the popular vote, wins the rustbelt, flips GA, NV, VA, NH and even NM, but AZ and TX go blue. Because the on the ground Soros faggots didn't realize they needed to just call it off to make it look believable, rig it in '26 and '28. Everyone now realizes holy shit, 2020 was rigged, Texas would not go blue.

Because of this, TX will be emboldened enough to just not certify their election or assign the delegates to Trump. Maybe AZ does the same but they're so gay they'd just pretend fraud didn't happen. Again.

This opens up such a blatant voter fraud issue that Trump now has a mandate to implement a sweep of election reforms that fucks the liberals over for years. The liberals will scream states rights but Trump will let his DOJ run through them like they're 1/6 protestors.

This is how I see it:

Trump still wins because of everything flipped in the midwest and NE, but this creates such a glaring problem will illegals and voter fraud it will be a consistent 60/40 approval for all of Trump's actions. Trump has the mandate mandate fruit.
08: Mccain v Obama 55.45-43.68
12: Romney v Obama 57.17-41.38
16: Trump v Clinton, 52.23-43.2
18: Beto v Cruz was the closest it's ever come at 48.3 to 50.9, with Beto spending twice what Cruz did, Cruz being unpopular, and in a R seat midterm
18: Abbot v Valdez, a race in which the D candidate, the former sheriff of Dallas, left her service weapon in a whataburger shitter, lied about it, and pinned the blame on someone else, only to have the whole thing come out as a coverup later, 55.8-42.5
20: Trump v Biden, 52.02-46.5
22: Abbott v Beto, 54.8-43.9.
Texas trending purple comes up every fucking election cycle despite there being no data to support that.
Shut up about purple Texas please.
t. lifelong drunk Texan

Ummmm can we please just stop with this Texas is gonna go blue shit

Texas is gonna go blue when we're all as old and brain-melted as Joe Biden

Maybe

Not before

There's no universe where the Republican wins Virginia but loses Texas lol

If Trump wins Nevada and NM he's winning Arizona too btw

Every single time, like clockwork, all the way back to the 1930s.

Government fucks with the economy, destabilizes it, and then turns around and blames everyone but themselves and insists they just need more power to solve it.

May Keynes burn in hell.
When you Americans go to the next step that is regulating food prices dont say you were not warned
