I'm just baffled at his hubris. He thinks this case is such a slam dunk when he's making public statements like this one. Even though most of his fillings or requests have been outright denied. I think Nick could've got out of this without prison time, I think Nick will get prison time. His O.D.D compulsion to be such an obstinate smug asshole will be his undoing and he will end up pissing off anyone who could offer him mercy. I'm sure the judge will be watching him smugly joke about the his case in which his kid was exposed to coke and throw whatever book he can at him.

Given Nick’s “on the internet” lifestyle and career any CPS calls could just as easily be a new flavor of SWAT’ing. I’m not saying the callers are wrong. But CPS will view reports from “ anonymous retards on the internet” somewhat differently than those from “local mandatory reporters with direct physical contact with the kids and family”. We don’t know what those earlier reports were, yet. But if Nick is (for once) not lying and the cases were closed quickly with findings of no basis or evidence, than they were likely similar to the stream of rando State Bar Complaints he used to get and read off.
