Would anyone be surprised if he was at some point tested and found to be intellectually deficient? He's probably borderline retarded and some flavour of autistic and surely that would have been noticeable through school even if he managed to stay in mainstream classes.
Ironically, he possibly could claim intellectual disability if he would admit it. Based on - if nothing else - his evident failure to cope living independently.

On a side note, it might not be that he's lost his job, he might be just not bringing in enough or not managing his money enough to afford his rent. For the sake of his manager or any other poor coworkers I hope he is unemployed, though. Sometimes the real benefit of welfare is that it keeps the Greers of the world out of circulation and away from minimum wage workers who don't deserve to have to deal with that shit.

How can Russ not hold down a job in this economy. Wages are low but a lot of places need people.

I'm thinking along similar lines.

I'd love to know exactly why Russhole was served with an eviction notice. One can be evicted for plenty of reasons other than non-payment of rent. Maybe he failed to keep the property in good order, or the property manager got too many complaints from his neighbors. Is it possible to see the actual filings rather than just a summary?

As others have pointed out, despite his plights he's usually been able to hold down a job that pays enough to keep him housed and his penis occasionally sucked.

I bet dollars to donuts Russhole already has a new place lined up (if he hasn't moved there already).

Russhole is NOT being evicted for being $71 overdue on his rent. It's certainly far more then that.

The $71 is the charge for filing the notice of eviction. Due and paid by the landlord.

It could well be his history has caught up with him, or he's decided scrubbing toilets is beneath him. He might've been hoping he'd have won by now and gotten Null's money. Who knows what's going on in his paralyzed head?
