I don't know how it is in the US but here in the EU if Twitch staff just randomly took it upon themselves to start going through PMs for no reason, then yeah it would be illegal. For it not to be illegal they would have needed someone to report a problem to them first. Not law enforcement, just a random user reporting some kind of problem.

Sure it could be easy to circumvent but we're also talking about Twitch here where the staff has been caught requesting underwear from the thot streamers and the CEOs entire homepage is camwhores, and has been allegedly "hanging out" (grooming) with ExtraEmily since she was 22 in some disgustingly close 'friendship' that's led to her copying him in only taking showers twice a week.

So yeah they likely weren't doing that shit the proper, legal way.

And yet people will still claim he's a god, le expert in finance, and other shit because: 1) he totally tells them not to donate (twitch prime btw. come give millions to this charity my coworker owns), and 2) he doesn't spend his own money while living in that hellshack. He failed at the one of two things human off-spring are supposed to do. Dedicate their future resource gathering potential to looking after the elder members of the pact, and continuing the cycle. Similar story with amouranth, she's 'le expert god of money' over joining some co-owning investment group of some gas station, a place that'll likely get sued when some boomer trips on a wet floor sign, or a place that'll end up losing money the moment the state decides to redesignate land for commercial use. Point is, none of these twitch cucks are taking care of themselves or their family. They can't go 2 hours without publicly broadcasting how degenerate they are. Degenerate in a literal sense; they will struggle to pass on their genes over their childish and whorish antics.

On Kick i know if i click on a stream im most likely not going to get some faggot like you usually would on Twitch. On Twitch theres just endless sensitive faggots meanwhile on Kick i could just open a random stream on the gaming category and get someone with atleast a little bit of edge.
One thing i dislike about Kick is the gambling stuff. Gambling is evil.
Most i see online is how "kick is evil" and it only makes me want to use it even more. Moralfags are a scourge.

Gambling is what keeps the lights on at Kick. I’ve never had a problem with gambling, I enjoy an occasional flutter but I wouldn’t condemn it as evil.

Alcoholics exist but we don’t shut down all pubs.

If Twitch goes belly up (things really don’t look good there) and YouTube advert rates keep going down expect a Hasan “gambling for Palestine” stream.

The streamers who didn’t jump ship to Kick didn’t stay at Twitch for moral reasons, they just need more money.

It's less 'this is a bad thing that should be illegal' and more of a 'Livestreaming viewership is overwhelmingly children and shouldn't have it advertised to them', especially with livestreaming's extra parasocial bullshit added into it.

In 1970 congress decided tobacco companies could no longer have commercials promoting smoking. How did tobacco companies fight back? Immediately began marketing to kids by making cartoons with all the cool characters smoking and putting billboards next to schools. It took all the way to 1997 with the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement before congress came back and outlawed that shit. The next generation of Americans had the lowest rate of tobacco smoking in history. It's actually started going up again. Why? Tobacco companies started promoting to kids with the 'cool new vape'.

Sometimes you do, unironically, need to "protect the kids". I just wonder if it's going to take 27 years as it did for tobacco before congress does something about livestreaming/video game companies conditioning children's minds with gambling mechanics.

Technically, this would be "Wiretapping", and thus illegal. Twitch fucked themselves by not going to the police first (if, indeed there was anything going on). If they'd presented this evidence to the police months, years after, the evidence wouldn't be able to be submitted.

I have no idea who this guy is but I searched his name and he seems to be discussed in this thread. A mulatto streamer named “N3on” asked a question at the Nate Diaz fight presser insinuating in his question that Nate would lose. (“Nate, when you get knocked out in this fight are you going to retire?”) When N3on left the building Diaz’s crew chased him down apparently to beat the shit out of him. The best part are his feminine, high-pitched screams of “omg I’m sorry! I’m sorry!” as he’s running for his life.

Edit: the audio goes silent for a few seconds. Don’t give up. That’s when he screams.
