I fail to see how the guy who started this thread did, either.

Matter of fact how many times have we had DM leak threads like this where the OP wasn't banned but lauded for bringing the content to the rest of us? Should those people be banned retroactively, or...?

Because if this counts as "community infighting" then I hazard to suggest that it's too vague a term and needs its definition tightened or explained.

Man I originally just came on here to watch the funny confetti whenever I click things, I wasn't expecting this. Every Summer like clockwork. Anyways I hope everyone is having a happy America day, got anything planned other than mutual distruction? Fried chicken and fireworks, perhaps?

I'm having dinner with the folks later. Made this great potato salad recipe I got off the internet. Very good stuff.

I mean no he didn't.
He did it because some users were scared about losing reaction scores so stopped posting in some threads.

He did not mention BP users when he removed reaction score.

That's wrong. He voiced his dislike of the reaction system multiple times and the drop that broke the damn was @Mankirk commenting on how some users hide in DM chains out of fear of being negrated. He destroyed both the react system and broke dm chains. I don't see how that would have been specifically done for these users.
