Diseased Open Source Software Community - it's about ethics in Code of Conducts

Give xir an inch and xir with bite a mile. There's literally no winning condition aside from gatekeeping.

In other news, there's yet another change that tries to reword the "ideologically motivated changes" stance to not include the pronoun pandering.
ryancdotorg is Ryan Castellucci, a person of gender whose attempts to get ass raped by the UK judicial system I am watching and documenting in the sideshows thread. Funny to see he's trying to tone down the discussion, his entire personality is based around the fact that he's "nonbinary" and he spent almost 300 thousand pound sterling on trying to get it on paper in the UK.

I think Intel showed us with Lunar lake and Arrow lake that a lot of that energy efficiency has to do with SOC packaging. When you move the ram, storage, etc on die, you save system power and improve performance at increased production and switching cost and sku numbers. After all- now you need to pay for ram and storage in addition to the CPU, and can't swap them out.

I haven't been keeping up; not looked at Lunar Lake at all. L1T did a hardware rant mentioning it:

He throws shade at performance gains while acknowledging significant battery life gains. .. I realize some of these battery life gains are pretty big; like 1~2+hr for similar workloads. I also, kinda don't care. 8 vs 10 hours ... at least with one I can still run Linux and still go to bed early on Christmas Eve? ... because whenever else am I going to have a laptop?! I only ever take it off the charger if I'm going out of town or on holiday. Even if you have to cover events, all the photodesk/video editing is going to happen in your hotel room, connected to a power outlet.

There are a few screenshots of some clueless people trying to argue logically with the group that is performing a political takeover as though they are injecting their guys for some rational reason. These things will keep happening as long as the only answer to them is a few nerds going "well ackshually...". Debating it out on some internet forum is a hilariously impotent answer. The only way to address this is to proactively exclude individuals clearly testing the waters, because they always start feeling around first, checking how much of their meddling will be tolerated, establishing a beachhead and progressing from there. Eliminate the recon squad and you won't be taken over.

You know what? This is good. Let all these faggots take over open source software. Eventually it will all go to shit, people will have enough of it and fork away from the retards.

If people see with their own eyes and feel on their own skin why these fucks have 0 care for the actual software, and in many cases, 0 technical skill, they might do something about it. Otherwise it doesn't matter if 500 developers ignore trannies.

Will some foss stuff suffer? Sure, but that's what you get when you don't keep authoritarian control over your software

People in this thread fail to realize most tech products are for the masses who have a different sets of wants and use cases.

No, this is not good. There are many projects that got simply taken over, their original authors kicked out, and they continued to exist in pozzed out versions, now also filled with faggots, niggers, and their propaganda. Example: Firefox (declining popularity, but that happened over a long time span)

to be frank, most of these wannabe engineers do fail that there is such thing as different sets of use cases.
Anyone of these users talking about ARM and why it's the second coming of techChrist/teChrist, only do because they have a single use case in mind.

Simply taken over? How? Did Github transfer it from the owner's account to theirs forcefully? Stop making "communities" out of your software and stop giving other people decisive control & rights to it if you don't like this.

Keep the majority if it's shared ownership, or don't complain. This isn't really rocket science

More like FOSS will die and the globohomo corporations using this shit as a poison pill will finally obtain the absolute monopolies they've always wanted. They will ram a rainbow flag up your fucking ass for all eternity.

I'll link to my post in the Hacker News thread, because I've covered some of the SerenityOS drama and related topics therein.
Why? It's fine if you are referring to any person you do not know the gender (male or female) of.
I don't confuse case when speaking or writing.
Time has changed and everyone can read now
Really, the modern times have convinced me that, since most people are still functionally illiterate, that we are surrounded by natural slaves who shouldn't be given any higher education.
That's a fair point, but at that point you can probably object to changes without being called a nazi fascist hitler bigot - at least by most normal people (even some non radical queers).
That's optimistic.
I get everyone has their ideals, but why would you want to object to the tiniest thing, thus creating the most drama?
I care about correctness and the truth.
I'll probably be dead or a vegetable by then, so it won't matter.
That's not a good attitude to have.
Allow me to quote myself, fool:
MicroSoft, Apple Computer, Google, Amazon, and the others spread this around. They can't compete with Free Software, so they want to follow the old playbook and subvert it instead. Ideally for them, there are enough people to do the work, without any fun or joy of course, and no more.

I wish all GNU trannies a very 41%
You're literally comparing the Microsoft of 30 years ago against the current day Linux. What a retarded meme. Looking into what these guys are doing now:
Dave Cutler is semi-retired, still works for Microsoft as a Technical Fellow but is basically kept there as he's part of the furniture.
Raymond Chen just writes blog articles for Microsoft nowadays. https://devblogs.microsoft.com/oldnewthing/author/oldnewthing
Charles Simonyi still works for Microsoft as a Technical Fellow (according to his LinkedIn) and apparently spends his enormous wealth donating money to Donald Trump according to Wikipedia (based) and space tourism
Dave Plummer retired and now runs a YouTube channel with a lot of LMG-style clickbait bullshit and the occasional video worth watching.

The brilliant minds behind Windows 11 look nothing like the people who delivered NT.

As an aside, the only tranny I have ever worked with now works for Microsoft.
