A big issue i have with so many halo mods is that it feels like they just mush everything from every fucking halo game into one and call it day, it doesn't make for a good experience it's just a bloated mess full of assets that clash with each other and the game itself
Kat's halo 3 campaign and ruby's rebalance are perfect examples of overhaul mods done right, they change enough to make the experience different but also enough to keep it the same and fun without adding every weapon and enemy from every other halo game
annoys me because that sort of shit is so common in halo mods where they think more= good with no regard of how it may impact the experience or if it clashes with the style and it results in a inconsistent, unblanaced, and weird mess
