So Blackrock gets eleventy billion votes and Bill Gates gets the rest? No thanks, too many have been cheated out of being landowners.
Read harder. A person must own land to qualify. I'm sure Gates WOULD own land in this case, but there's a distinct possibility he's actually got it all in trusts and LLC's. He'd get a vote. It's not a vote an acre or whatever.

Would also completely erase Democratic voters as they all have the same landlords

Make it that you have to hold the title with no liens or debt
The economy is built on debt, and student loans and 30-year mortgages make it nearly impossible to break free. The cost of education and homeownership has become a lifelong burden, trapping generations in a cycle of debt.

Ideally, I would love for our system to align with its original intent, but we've evolved towards a more open democracy. While it's a lofty goal, I believe it's essential to strive for a system that truly represents the people.
Instead of the current model that we have and the antiquated one that we had.

Voting rights would still overwhelmingly favour the rich and the powerful and not, you know, the people who suffer because of them

As some said earlier all you gotta do is "Taxation means representation ". If you are a net positive you get a vote people, who are a net negative do not. Even if you get a refund if you are contributing while not costing more than you put in you get a say.

So the trademen working a job gets a say while a person living off the gov gets nothing. I'd also make any one on welfare a ward of the state with reduced rights since they have proven they can't take car of themselves.

I agree with you on the sentiment regarding welfare. It appears to me that it incentivizes people to vote in their own self-interest, rather than in the best interest of the country. It seems like buying votes, in my opinion. I understand that the poor also need a voice, and I'm not suggesting otherwise. That's where elected representation comes in.

This develops directly into feudalism, and it ends with disenfranchised soldiers, tired of fighting their landlords' wars, overthrowing the state and slaughtering the landholders like pigs. The most recent variation on this ended in Bolshevism.

If you're going to restrict it to people who have a stake in the future, it should be restricted to married men with natural-born children. Childless landlords die just as dead as everyone else.
Alternatively, incentivizing population growth could be effective. However, this approach has a downside: it can lead to a 'breeding war' developed nations have low birth rates and struggle to keep up their native population. With less developed nations having high birth rates. It would probably incentivized mass immigration at a higher level than what it currently is. So basically Mexicans would have the majority vote.

That's because the current system heavily favors unskilled people who have little investment or knowledge in the system.

To vote you should have both a Title with no liens or debt on it and a government ID. If you own multiple properties you can still only vote once. Elections would heavily favor people who are careful with their money and vote accordingly, and prefer policies that do not make it more difficult to own land. Politicians that want more voters would want to ensure as many people as possible can vote, and would enact debt laws and real estate laws that heavily encourage debt-free property ownership. I think many baby boomers have started reverse-mortgaginf their homes, and the ones that do that would lose their right to vote.

I don't see a lot of loopholes that companies like BlackRock can exploit, as stupid and easily tricked voters will lose their right to vote, and even if they own many properties, each one needs a different person in order to vote, and that person must fully own the property with no restrictions. Any funny business would be blatantly illegal and BlackRock would end up in court trying to get back their voting properties.

And the voter has to be over 18, and the title has to be their primary residence. So no selling titles to 1sqrft properties.

I'm fucking dying that for over half a decade I had to hear about how Donald Trump was orange and bad but in an attempt to conceal Biden's waxy corpse pallor via bronzer his complexion is now more orange than Trump's ever was.

Orange Man senile?
Biden's really been upping the Trump talk recently too. Ever since 2020 he's been larping as the caricature democrats have of Trump, but this past year it's been in overdrive. Calling it now, this year's October surprise will be Biden holding a press conference where he addresses the nation in a blonde wig and promises to kill all the Mexicans by 2027.

I figure that's the Dem's attempt to pander to the sort of everyday people Trump appeals to. And like most things, they wildly miss why they like Trump over them.

Is whatever is causing Biden's dementia contagious?! Watch KJP ape her sugar daddy and stumble over her words as she tries to defend the cavalcade of lies she's been spinning about Afghanistan, border security and inflation. My favourite part is after the word jumble (3:21) though - she speaks directly to the reporter, with eye contact, for 3 minutes, but as soon as she starts addressing border security and inflation she becomes physically incapable of looking anyone in the eyes.

That's a normal world theory. This is clown world - on November 7 the dems are going to claim Biden has always been Trump, and Trump is trying to destroy democracy by pretending to be him.

If only landowners could vote basically the only people in the entire country who could vote would be baby boomers, aka the people primarily responsible for the dismal state of a once great nation.

What an utterly retarded idea.
Net taxpayers instead of landowners would honestly fix the problem. If I have to pay into this shitty country I should damn well be one of the people steering it, instead of all the gibsmedat leeches.

In today's economy, achieving debt freedom is a rare exception rather than the norm. The prevalence of 30-year mortgages, auto loans, and student debt has created a system where indebtedness is a near-inevitability for many individuals. As a result, the notion of being debt-free has become an increasingly elusive goal.

I mean for fuck sake the government is 110% over its own GDP. And your average American is now rocking less than $500 in savings. We're all in a slowly sinking boat.

Really? I want to hear more about this.
Not much to say, really. Whenever he brings up proof that Trump is a habitual liar, he always brings up Trump U. Pretty suspicious to keep bringing that up when normal people know that not all universities are accredited. Could be accreditation autism, but I think he was a customer, "graduated" and then found it's not a real degree and has been complaining about his fake real estate credentials ever since.

Which one's going to declare the SingStar Challenge?
So does that make Trump Liquid Biden?

It's no surprise the DNC is out of touch. Pretty much everyone with authority in the party are all rich snobs.

Another train derailed. This time it had Anhydrous Amonia and Methanol so at least it isn't as bad.

A amazing look for the administration.
The concentration of the ammonia will determine the danger. My dad worked for a big chemical company in the 70s and 80s and they stored 98%+ ammonia on site. There was a minor leak at one point and the handful of people that were in the building all died.
