Most 'companies' on Amazon (and eBay) are just one guy in a bedroom reselling stuff he's ordered en masse from China. When his account is shut down, he starts another under a new name. Its why there's so many bluetooth speakers, hdmi cables, smartlocks and the like all identical but sold under a dozen different names - small businesses selling OEM stuff that a dozen other small businesses also sell, only changing the company branding.
