These are all roleplay accounts. It was very popular (and to some extent still is) to use LJ as a text based roleplaying platform. LJ Communities are basically journals where multiple users can post. “Normal” LJ Communities would just be people posting from their main account on a given subject, but fandoms would also use Communities to create roleplay instances and often people would create new accounts based on whatever character they were roleplaying as to participate in these roleplaying communities. (I remember back in the day it was easy to have multiple journals. I can't remember but wouldn't be surprised if registering multiple usernames under the same email address was allowed by LJ.)
