Which is actually a little unusual, correct me if I'm wrong here but I was under the impression that if you're on a standard consumer connection, you get reassigned IP's fairly frequently. This means either these accounts were made, accessed and abandoned within a short timeframe or Larry has some kind of home server that he rents a dedicated IP for?
