That's Amerimex. Every totally normal and good food becomes 10,893 calories slop when it's Americanised. You can call pizza that as well, pizza is just a base, a layer of maybe real tomato paste and random shit thrown on top followed by fake cheese and 4000 calories of processed chemical sauce.

However, pizza isn't like that in Italy (right).

1.) “8 inches and diameter” is the phrase/meme we got our of his interview with that New Age Messiah guy…Ralph fucked himself with diameter.

2.) he’s said in the past, by his own admission, that he pays to play. Bragging about your “dick game” isn’t the win you think it is when you have to pay the ladies for their time.
