I think it is possible for an 8 y/o to have the "know how" to snort rails, but only if they were taught to do so by an adult or watched adults do it enough they could try to emulate it.

I think he's playing word games. Just speculating: KCCHS uses a specific provider for drug testing. Nick revoked consent for that single provider (every med provider needs consent to release). As far as KCCHS is concerned, that's the only drug tests they will accept. Nick went somewhere else for urine tests. KCCHS says Nick revoked consent, Nick says he is providing drug tests but it's not a recognized provider by the state (probably because they don't watch him pee or something and he can fake samples).

Nick has the results of the hair tests and knows they are dirty or he would have re-authorized release to get his kids back. He's not a liberty crusader against Gubbermint as he is perfectly fine with giving them clean samples and says he has. He's a weasel.

With hair, the substances are integral to the structure itself and are on your person for up to months at a time. This has been hashed ITT before, but his driving schedule is manageable if he asked for help, used rideshare, hired someone, or just planned the schedules better. A lot of the issue is that the children have overlapping 3-4 hour blocks of activities where they do 2-3 versions of one activity. If Nick truly cannot handle it and it is driving him and his wife batty, they should cut back.

My theory is that Nick is someone who stayed in Minnesota because it allowed him freedom his parents never gave him. His family, both paternal and maternal side, is from Texas and they only moved due to his father getting a well paying job in Minnesota. His first year of college he flunked out playing EverQuest in GoonCave 1.0. That’s why he stays in Minnesota, he can do what he wants.

If he moved back to Texas that would mean being under his parents eye.
