The fact they changed it from originally being Failed To Appear and kicking him to a month from now, to "OTHER" and scheduling it for tomorrows 830am special docket leads me to believe it wasnt Austin's failure to appear, but the court/jail didnt coordinate him to be brought over.

Proving the system is rigged against him, and now they take yet another day away from him!

Like other Kiwis’ theories why Austin does not appear, my theory was that because of Austin’s lack of cooperation with the court/jail, more of the latter’s lack of coordination with Austin in order to begin the trial.
Funnily enough, the system was so rigged to Austin that he ends up begin trial earlier than before. They take away nearly a month to tomorrow instantly; however, take it with a grain of salt since it was a long time since I grasp on BMJ. I wonder how coordinate is Austin with the jail/court before the trial. Once he breaks free from jail, he gon fuck yo momma nice pussy dude.

You have zero evidence that he "refused" to go or otherwise did not cooperate. You then state circumstantial evidence as to why he likely was not at fault as they changed it from failure to appear and set the court date for the next immediate date.

Its one thing to shit post, but dont mix the shit posting with the factual announcements. Now the false narrative of "Austin refused to show up" will take off, and you discredit the thread if not the forum.

Unless you have some paper to back up why he refused to go to court this morning?
