In the first one she does look like a man, so much so that I initially wrote "he". It's the broader nose, the fleshy look of her thickened skin, and of course, the beard. The wonders of testosterone, eh.
However in the second picture notice at how open her eye sockets are, look how there's no ridge up to the forehead from her deep set nose bridge, and for me the most telling apart from the scars that can be covered up, is the back of her neck. Even with a very slight man the back of the neck is either at an angle or straight line from the back of the head not this gentle curve from the very base of the skull that I've only ever seen in women. All that makes her side view look like what she is, a woman with male pattern baldness.

I have this work partner who has taken a VERY strong liking to me, almost obsessed, imho. (cis female, ~48yo)

...but over the course of 4 months she has asked me the following:

• How old am I: 35
• Do I have any kids: No
• How tall am I: 5'10
• Whats my shoe size: 11 women's
• When did I start my period: "14yo"

Also note additional behaviors:

She glances at my crotch/chest often, saw her glance at my adam's apple (pretty sure), commented on how much she likes my voice and how sweet it sounds, loves to call me ma'am/little lady and miss girl, commented on how unique my name is and wants to make sure how its spelled.

Not bragging but very stealth out of survival and no one else has acted this bazaar.

Like, I am seriously getting paranoid.

Literally yes. Troon interpretation of human biology never ceases to amaze me. Your body isn't a computer dumbass, you don't plug new parts in for it to recognise and install the drivers.
