Not a lot. Greenland and Antarctica contain 99% of all freshwater ice on Earth. And if all of that ice on all of the ice caps melted(a ludicrous scenario) the oceans would only rise by 25 feet.

So the effect of some glacier and permafrost melt and even some icecap melt is very small.
