I don't trust aio's and liquid cooling. I just threw the biggest heat sink and fan combo my case could fit and my cpu never goes above 50c Pic related Deepcool 120m. Just mind the fan bearings after a couple years they may get worn out and start making noise, happened to my one am3 machine. Always try to keep dust to a minimal. You could also try and edit your fan settings in bios and what rpm they spin at or for when they kick in. Best of luck, I learned the importance after I had a bulldozer series chip reach over 100c
