Yeah, I misread the original post and thought his case was positive pressure, but it might be negative, depending on the setup. Probably not, but it still might not be optimal.

And either way, it is an easy enough thing to rule out or fix before hands have to touch the expensive bits.

Might be a bit of a stupid question, but your case is not one of those where there's some sort of a panel in front of the front/top fans and only a bit of mesh on the sides for the air to go through, right?

I don't trust aio's and liquid cooling. I just threw the biggest heat sink and fan combo my case could fit and my cpu never goes above 50c Pic related Deepcool 120m. Just mind the fan bearings after a couple years they may get worn out and start making noise, happened to my one am3 machine. Always try to keep dust to a minimal. You could also try and edit your fan settings in bios and what rpm they spin at or for when they kick in. Best of luck, I learned the importance after I had a bulldozer series chip reach over 100c

There are some really nice air cooled setups out there. I also find myself wary of the water kits. The only water cooled system I ever really trusted was the one I made myself but that was almost 20 years ago. I have an all-in-one now for my processor and it is okay but I will be changing it.

Yeah Aio's are a real gamba if it fails in a few months or few years. Reminds me of Chink PSU's on prebuilds, they are built to shit themselves after 12months amplified by bad/stock cooling. I just can't justify the extra complexity and points of failure, a catastrophic failure on an aircooled vs watercooled are leagues apart. One may overheat and bios shutoff due to any number of problems, vs degrading coolant pouring out of any fitting or line. Might be a boomer take from me but It's just not worth the trouble.

It pre-dates digital cameras and cellphones so I have no pictures. But years ago I put a system together to play Silent Hunter 3 and had strapped water blocks onto my CPU and GPU and had them routed through a pair of radiators that I had placed inside a mini-fridge.

Worked fucking great. Also Silent Hunter 3 is top shelf and has mods and still plays great. Use your System Shock protocols and play with the lights out.
