Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

Why lie to him like this? No one on this Earth truly thinks this is “pretty cis looking” come on.
Lol I got curious and checked that account. He has many TMI posts and comments about getting the chop, but no pictures, this is definitely someone trying to keep up their personal “totally worth it, my dick stump looks cis!” denial. Trannies don’t have any sense of actual community between themselves. Each serves as a mere validation source for another. This guy doesn’t care that he’s lying to people, he only wants to feel better about his own surgery.

Poor wife. But also, troons have that autistic thought process where they judge individual features instead of seeing a person as a composite (e.g., “does my jaw pass?” instead of “does my entire presentation make me look like a creepy tranny?”) And I notice they use that willful whole-picture blindness to evaluate the results of neovaginas as better than they objectively are.

wtf

Trannies aren't even being nice lmao.

We need a 'haha' sticker, if only for this thread. I am howling at that result.

i feel like i'm on my period all over again. i literally just ordered period boxers. i keep slowly, but steadily bleeding healthy blood from the end of my vnectomy incision. it started last week and just has not stopped. at first it was serous(?) fluid, where it was clear mixed with red, but now it's just regular reddish blood always always always always. it never. stops. i have to put a towel down overnight. i've been constantly wiping it with a wet wipe and drying it with toilet paper and no matter it just keeps going. should i just let it dry after a shower and hope it clots? i have my post op in 3 days and have already reached out to my team to let them know it's happening so they're prepared. WHEN WILL IT FUCKING STOP?! I'M SO SICK OF THIS! has this happened to anyone else??

I thought I'd heard of Klumpen before, and sure enough:

He's doing this to every troon that crosses his operating table :story: :story: :story:
This is even funnier when you speak German as "Klumpen" would pretty much translate to "lump", usually used for a sort of large formless mass of something, like for example these weird ballsack looking things that try to pass as outer labia.

Yeah, same in Swedish. "Klumpen" would translate directly as "the lump".

18 Days Post OP Bluebond
Healing and everything has been going well I would say. Theres pain and dialating isn’t super fun but im pushing through these first few weeks. The swelling has gone down a lot, yet there’s still a lot of swelling on my outer labia. For the inner labia, i’m a little worried because it just feels so big, bjt im trying to think about it too much. The most painful part honestly is probably down closest to my butt, The skin just always feels so raw and tight. If anyone has advice for that i would be happy to take it. I just wanted to come here and check with you guys to make sure everything is looking ok and “normal”

Thinking about how the SRS surgeons don't have an accepted best practice, and aren't publishing studies of their techniques with follow-up. The Asian surgeons making bank off of medical tourism are understood to be shaking hands in Preop Holding and letting a student go nuts. This is the field for it, because all their victims patients are deep into the sunk cost and eager to listen to vague promises.

But there are more trans doctors coming down the pipe, and thus trans surgeons, along with the hypothetical ones who care, at least enough that their name isn't attached to a suppurating mystery flesh pit.

If you're learning to suture, you can buy a wiggly plastic flesh chunk full of fake incisions to practice on, and if you're at the community college learning nursing or phlebotomy they throw you at the IV arms. There are plenty of ortho trainers with replaceable skin over knees and shoulders, and trainer torsos designed to help you learn anatomical landmarks for placing chest tubes and suprapubic bladder decompression.

So where are the amhole surgical trainers?

I'm aware of some GYN surgical models, but nobody's making a male pelvis with all its layers of tissue, molded around fake nerves, rubber bladder and blood vessels that can leak if nicked. There's so much going on down in the pelvis; this really shouldn't be a "fuck it, we'll do it live" situation.

Has anyone used superglue on a fistula?
I’ve been reading some studies by the NIH and other organizations that shows evidence of cyanoacrylate as a sealant promoting healing of fistulae and decreasing the time of closure.
I also saw a few other medical sites suggesting that this is the least invasive and effective alternative to surgical approaches. It’s harder to find information on solely urological fistulas though. I haven’t had the chance to talk to my team yet, but I’m curious if anyone has experience with this.
I’m currently using Medihoney, but would love to use something to actually seal them. I have at least 3 that are hard to locate so plugging them haven’t really been possible
I'm aware that medical-grade glues have many uses, is rotdog patchwork also one of them? There are a couple puzzled comments, and one that said they were "advised against using superglue". Archive

Her fistula collection reminds me of a very old joke:

Three friends went bird hunting. Crossing a fence, one got tangled up, dropped his shotgun and ended up getting a load of birdshot in the groin. His two friends managed to get him untangled from the fence and got him to the nearest hospital, where the on-call urologist worked on him for several hours.
When the hunter woke up from anesthesia, the urologist told him, “The good news is that we managed to save your penis. However, I've done everything I can; I'm going to leave you in Miss Smith's capable hands."

“Oh, is she a medical specialist?" asked the hunter, watching a young blonde woman enter the room.
“No, she's the piccolo player for the symphony. She should be able to show you how to finger it so you don’t piss in your eye.”

Why not just staple the things shut?

The fistulas are ‘hard to locate’ so what’s she going to do? Slather the whole thing in super glue and hope for the best?

Ok, let's just pretend that 1. this worked on sealing the fistula and 2. this was safe in the short term.
Even IF those things were true, it isn't like in this case you're using the glue as a sub for stitches to keep BLOOD in. We are talking about layers of skin and a piss tunnel.
When stitches or med glue are on a cut, if blood tries to leak and is stopped, you get clotted blood, plasma, scabs....and that helps with healing.
But with med glue (or superglue) on a piss fistula? If the piss tries to leak and is stopped, you just get.....piss? Just piss. Piss pooling between the area of the fistula and the med glue and any layers of skin. Just layers marinating in piss, or more likely, the glue giving out.

Ok now that I've autistically analyzed the malfunctioning piss tubes of insane women: lolol superglue on fake dicks lolololol
