From listening to his experience first-hand it seems like he was just a young and dumb with the OG felony. I don't think he's a bad person- he seems like he just fucked up and was young and stupid. Feeding your addiction by breaking into cars is a really stupid thing to do. Definitely deserved to get sobered by that one, however being a crackhead who tries to fight his family is definitely a low point in comparison.
