You're making the mistake of applying real world logic to the squealing piggy's rantings. See, in Patrick's eyes, they must be both, it just depends on who they're talking about.

If they're talking about Biden (who Patrick likes entirely because he isn't Trump) or Patrick (king of the universe) then they must be dispassionate observers, and thus tell the unwashed masses how good and righteous they are, because that's obviously objective truth.

If they're talking about Trump (or the evil stalkers of Pat), then they need to tear them to pieces for the high crime of being someone Patrick doesn't like (or the even worse crime of making fun of Patrick).

This is the maddest that Patrick has been in many months. It is as bad/funny as his Thanksgiving meltdown and the couple of weeks of pigrage following the discovery of his AirBnB.

What makes it funnier is that there are events for the whole rest of the year that will cause him to rage out. There is the Republican convention next week where Milwaukee will be full of scary red hat men. The second Biden debate is in September. Thanksgiving always gets him raging for a couple of weeks. Then there is the Presidential election. After that is Christmas, where Pat is all alone, pissed out of his head and screaming in anger and loneliness. This is not to forget the ongoing court case. I don't understand the proceedings at all, but this is listed on the courtlistener website.
