As evolutionary biology predicts. Animals signal to their community their sexual value and humans of course are no different. There are indirect ways to signal such value such as fancy clothes and physical fitness but there are more direct ways like simply informing others of your prowess.

Women are the opposite and need to signal how exclusive and privileged their genes are. So they brag about how high their rejection scores are. Now simple rejections are nice but dramatic rejections pump up a sexual value score even higher. After all. You got to have some very valuable genes if someone is going to risk some criminal deed to get to them. The more criminal, the more valuable they must be. Higher status rejections get more score obviously and on the flip side you don’t want to be caught not rejecting a low status man.

So women attempt to rank up in status by the amount of lurid tales they can tell of unwelcome men trying to get into their pants the same way men attempt to rank up by telling tales of their successful conquests. Now obviously this doesn’t mean every story is untrue or that women actually enjoy the act of being harassed/victimized itself but the incentive is there for unscrupulous women to exaggerate or make stories up.

From how greedily women devour obscene stories of sex crimes that should supposedly revolt them to the manic satisfaction you see on the faces or in the words of some supposed victims as they broadcast every tiny detail of their victimization as far as possible on talk shows and reddit forums. To the constant stream of seemingly every high status man in the world being accused of some sexual indiscretion. The world makes so much more sense when you understand this.

A man bragging about his game often isn't successful although that doesn't stop many but women crying about how they've been victimized is pretty big business. If you take all of media and look at the percentage of it thats about sex crimes and indiscretions, usually male against female, its a sizeable chunk. Not saying all or even most women/men outright brag about these things these days. Most women aren't criminally inclined enough to make serious accusations up (although some will exaggerate or play the victim in lesser ways or revel in claiming to be a victim throughout their life in a string of bad relationships ie the type of women who are catnip for captain save a ho men).
