Austin had a court appearance this morning for his Felony Drug Possession charge in General District Court, the purpose of the hearing was to confirm the felony charge and send the case to Circuit Court where felonies are heard. His attorney has opted to continue the case until October 17, 2024.

The purpose of continuing this for now would likely be to give time to negotiate with the prosecution for a lesser charge (misdemeanor) in exchange for a plea deal. This charge already has a $3,000 bond set.

Tomorrow is a review hearing in Domestic Relations Court, where they might address bond in the Assault and Battery/Domestic Violence case. IF they set a bond in that case, then Austin may be able to be bailed out of jail.

Honestly I hope he does sit in jail or if he does get bailed, he goes straight to rehab for a few months. It's bad for the content but good for long term prospects. If he gets out, he won't last long without getting arrested again and then we'll lose Bossman for a very long time.
