Are you lost needing femoid advice post here - For the poor bastard's who dare or are just curious

I forget what they're called but there's a cable machine exercise that's supposed to blast your chest for men and women, where you bend over 90 degrees and at-rest your arms are out like you're T posing(legs spread though, and obv the bent over part), and you pull the cable arms-down towards and past your feet. I don't do it myself because it's not an area I want to work but I see zoomers doing it and looked it up to compare form/see if they were doing it right.
I know a brand of those machines is a bow flex. I'm to lazy to google it myself but should point him in the right direction

The machine I'm thinking of is way bigger but a Bowflex might accommodate it if it's tall enough, I don't know much about home gym equipment and go to a bigger facility.

Go braless whenever you can. Might be uncomfy, especially when it's hot, but it will help with your muscles (chest and back) moving around and getting stronger, and that will help both with any back pain and with appearance. The lack of a bra will also help move blood and lymph through the area, which can help with skin health.

Only anecdotes, I'm afraid, but I can 100% confirm it was the change that fixed my own issues.
I used to get horrible stabbing pain in my shoulder/blade area on a regular basis. Since I started going braless (not in public, obviously) the pain only ever comes back when I wear bras for a long time in a day. I can also confirm my chest and back have aesthetically improved as the muscles changed. Took about a year.

I've made it extremely obvious
If you're cooking on a cast iron grill using fire for your heat source, then Yes. Your grill will turn black. It's OK. I spent a large part of my childhood rubbing blacking ONTO the cast iron stove. You don't need to do this to the grill part because it's already black. As long as there aren't any food particles etc on it then black is fine. This is such a simple answer that I feel like I must be missing something?

Okay on the same note as the other question about biceps what is with you ladies and forearms?

Seriously it seems like whenever I snoop the gorl-y parts of the interbuttz there's a disproportionately large amount of ladies going "OMFG HIS FOREARMS HYUHHHHHHHHH!"

Is this a thing or has my schizo autistic ass just noticed a pattern where there isn't one?

I guess you're just WAY more likely to see a man's forearm than his whole uncovered bicep and that might be where all the love comes from. Also forearms that have meat and a good curve to them are very pleasant to look at.

Now the hands girls? Those people are the weirdos.
