Not sure what you are trying to say in response, but there's 2 types of insurance you usually pay on a house. First is the standard house insurance which is required. Second is mortgage insurance which you would pay if you put down less than 20% of the appraised value. This can happen if you're taking advantage of 3% government programs, or if you buy in a place where home values are going up and appraisals haven't caught up.

There is also property taxes which you pay forever. Both of these can be bundled together in one payment. Mine are all separate. However, it would still be correct to include it all under "house payments". Sometimes people incorrectly refer to it all as the "mortgage", but you would mainly understand what they are saying.

I will leave open the small probability that perhaps he finally found one that is so zonked-out and low IQ that he managed to make that dream a reality. That was posted 6 January 2023. Who was ordering the Bloodwork, let alone monthly, if the diagnosis was never confirmed? I'm sure he mentioned other Bloodletting, Bloodtesting as well after his initial announcement.

I think just like all his lies he starrted with a kernel of truth, having high red bloodcell count, which could have any number of causes- including primary Polycythemia vera as in blood cancer. It almost certainly was NOT the cancerous diagnosis, but he couldn't fucking help himself. He saw those mountains of Asspats and Donations before his eyes and had to run with the cancer story. Even if he just had Polycythemia aka high red blood cell counts for a myrid reasons, or non-cancerous secondary Polycythemia vera, he didn't care that he had already declared it Cancer prematurely for the attention. If it ever became a problem he could just play his „I'm just a big dummy dumb Redneck who didn't understand the difference between Polycythemia and primary Polycythemia vera. Oops. rofl" card and get off scott-free like he always does. Like saying he didn't understand the difference between the words »rape« and »molest«, or his ,Big Polar' disorder, or I only declared publically on the Internet that my Sister raped me because my brother told me she did and I am just so innocent and good and pure I believed him etc., Etc.

The problem is Boogie's lies always grow. As soon as the initial lie stops getting attention he has to increase the audacity and shock-value. So we gradually ended up with him in the last few months claiming to be actively dying of a Cancer that is less likely to kill someone than old age getting them first. He was so used to people believing his cancer story, now in it's mutated, extreme form due to the lie snowballing, that he bought his own Bullshit. He used this new lie to justify the skeevy Cryptocoin, like he'd used his abuse exaggerations as a shield against bad behaviour for years; and that's when he fucked up. Bullshit doesn't make a strong foundation, he wasn't just a statue with a feet of clay- he was a statue with a base of shit.

I 100% can believe he had polycythemia of some form, just not the the cancerous form. Nor was his life, comfort, and medical costs impacted severely by it the way he's progressively been claiming about the condition.

To throw on the tinfoil hat a moment: I think he's admitted this to Keem already; and that's why Keemster is trying to lay the groundwork of an Excuse that testing was never actually completed. Some of these clips are more subtle than others and by themselves aren't particularly noteworthy. It's only in the greater context of the stream as a whole that paints the picture Boogs was obviously going for which is that he's been caught faking cancer, and so of course now he has to kill himself.

There was an awful amount of alluding to "leaving the internet" = Boogie committing the mortal sin of suicide. His reaction at 4:24 is the same he's had in the past when called out for threatening to off himself. He's been baiting suicide forever now. He knows that he has to maintain some degree of subtlety.

You inspired me to check on another Boogie dickrider. The Wandering Wind, a massive dickrider who once told Christopher Tom that he hopes he gets cancer again (after Chris Tom made one of the first big anti-Boogie videos) and has supported Boogie to this day, is now turning against Boogie. He says in his video that he has supported Boogie in the past and even called him at midnight before to help him through tough times, and now can't get through to him and isn't sure if he cares to anymore.
