Chantal Sarault / Chantal Al-Refae / Foodie Beauty - Delusional drug fiend hamplanet mukbanger from Canada trying to be a glamorous online influencer. Pathological liar, huge bitch, narcissist, animal abuser

My suggestion for her would be six weeks on a straight "diabetic friendly" meal replacement shake diet. Nothing else. Shakes. No more than four a day. If she needs to eat something, broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots in lite balsamic vinegrette. Six weeks of that to reduce the load on her liver and let its inevitable swelling go down and get the duodenal switch surgery when the swelling is low enough.

But she could do it. Six weeks of whatever flavor meal replacement shakes she enjoys, vegetables only if she's feeling really out of sorts, and then surgery. She could get her blood sugar managed within a week if she stuck to it. She'd see rapid weight loss if she even put forth the bare minimum. It isn't even a stretch. But she won't.
I see your suggestions and raise you "six weeks of ozempic and cocaine". This guarantees a better time for everyone.

Do it, Chantal! You can be shaking your deflated gunt in defiant triumph at your haydurs in no time!

Can’t. Stop. Watching. It’s horrifically mesmerising.

Happy 9000 Gunt. WTF have I been doing with my life that I’ve been here since the early days?

She can make 10,000 if she dies in an interesting way, preferably over the course of a year to avoid boredom.

Imagine Chins raging at FFG over views, then she has a sudden stroke. We see her again a week later, and now she's slurring "Bwooooty Bith!" with half her face paralyzed.

The next week she's trying to pet camels, but her foot falls off and she tumbles over. Then a camel tries to hump her slumped over back while Salah drones, "Ah, babe? Hey baybee?"

If she put herself into diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) by consistently letting her glucose spike and having it stay there, and was unknowingly in this state for a while, it would explain her kidneys being on the fritz so frequently.
I think you're confusing diabetic ketoacidosis with ketosis. Ketoacidosis is not caused by continually letting your blood sugar spike. It's caused when lack of insulin causes your body to rapidly break down fats for fuel. This produces such high levels of ketones in your blood that it become acidic, hence the name.

With ketosis, your body also breaks down fats for fuel. Not because of lack of insulin, but rather lack of carbs. The ketones formed from lack of carbs are not enough to cause your blood to become acidic, and you go into ketosis, not ketoacidosis. Moreover, although Type II diabetics like Chantal can sometmes get DKA, it's much more common in people with Type I.

DKA puts a strain on the kidneys and liver when you're an unmanaged type 2 which is why full keto diets aren't advised for diabetics.
No, the keto diet is very effective for most diabetics. However, it's very restrictive, so long-term compliance is difficult for most people. Again, a very low-carb diet like keto puts you into ketosis, not ketoacidosis (DKA).

Also, if Chantal was experiencing DKA, she wouldn't be able to just "walk around in this state for a while, ...unknowingly." She most likely would be sick as a dog, and would need to get to an ER fast and get some IV fluids, insulin, and electrolytes.

The most common trigger for DKA is an illness or infection like pancreatitis, UTI, or pneumonia, so the hospital would also need to administer antibiotics to treat the infection that triggered the DKA. If she continued to lounge around on the sofa gorging herself and didn't bother to seek treatment, she could fall into a diabetic coma and die.

My suggestion for her would be six weeks on a straight "diabetic friendly" meal replacement shake diet. Nothing else....But she could do it.
There is no way in hell Chantal will ever do this. You said it yourself.

Six weeks of that to reduce the load on her liver and let its inevitable swelling go down and get the duodenal switch surgery when the swelling is low enough.
Duodenal switch surgery?? That's laparascopic surgery that includes gastric sleeve AND gastric bypass. Do you even follow Chantal? Again, no way in fucking hell would she ever do that. She is not going to undergo elective surgery, or voluntarily do anything that would require her to drastically reduce her food intake. She'll die with a fork in her hand.

That’s not in her budget, even if she went to Turkey or Thailand. Even returning to Canada for free surgery, she’d be dead before she ever got through the long waits. They also denied her last attempt, likely due to her non-compliance the first time she tried.
True. But I'm sure if she was really motivated she could find a way. I wouldn't trust most of those surgery mills at her size though. They're used to dealing with deathfats half her size. There's a reason why Dr. Now became so revered because he's one of the few doctors that deals with 500+ elbees.

I found another girl who I've been loosely following the journey of who started at 600 and did the diabetic shake diet and lost close to 100 pounds in approx 12 weeks and that was sedentary weight loss.

Mounjaro + adderall + cocaine would be insane.

Happy 9000 pages, fellow farmers! The Kuwait arc has been boring af but the current beetus arc has potential. She will either try to comply with a diabetes diet (lol) which would result in some entertaining meltdowns or she'll ignore the doctor's orders and eat herself into a diabetic coma, heart and/or kidney failure. In the meantime, we have memories of the biggest slob on the Internet.
