There was a big-time coke dealer who operated in Miami for 30 years and was never even suspected because he 1) ran his operation nice and tight and 2) took his coke income every year, added 20% to it, and paid taxes on that amount like a good boy. Unless you're real unlucky the IRS won't be auditing your receipts so long as you're reporting the income and saying it's from some front business and paying the taxes

According to SCOTUS it's not, because you aren't being forced to disclose the source of the income, but rather the amount. They do have some differences in practice but if you're judging them both by being very authoritarian, anti-democratic and in a lot of ways focusing on the collective over the individual they have quite a bit in common. Both also use tons of direct government control and propaganda. Neither may also truly care for the idea of free markets.

Taking all utopian theory out of the equation, when comparing the two fascism is centered around some form of nationalism while communism rejects this or at least gives lip service to rejecting it. Fascists don't mind people having private property rights as long as they don't get in the way of the state, communism abolishes it or effectively the state owns it outright. As for things like religion, communism tends to lean heavily toward atheism while a fascist state tends to leave religious entities in tact unless they get in the way of the government. There are definitely some differences from country to country in how both ideologies were implemented but this is just a general broad look at how they function as separate systems of governance.

Here in NY, these assclowns had several events that local Journalists decided to shadow and document everything they could regarding them. What they found was that not only are these assholes very obviously feds, they're not really doing a particularly good job of it:

1. They had vehicles with covered plates, which is illegal in NYC due to their over-reliance on cameras for ticketing. The cops rarely enforce this when it comes to the random criminals in the area who flash rob stores, but them deciding to not enforce this particular rule with supposed self-proclaimed Nazis is very telling.

2. When they were done doing their little march-around, they all got together, got into their trucks pretty much all together, and left at pretty much the same time.

3. Police (and plainclothes police) escorted them the whole time. They actively intervened to keep hecklers, locals, and some particularly irate Jewish people in NYC from fucking with the poor oppressed self-proclaimed Nazis.

4. They closed off several streets to allow them to have their little photo-op.

5. Only the manlet that claims to be the group's leader said anything or did anything. Everyone else just marched around and then got back in their trucks to leave.

6. One of the events they attended upstate had them arrive via rental trucks; a trace put out later on one of them showed that this truck had been rented by local law enforcement.

7. Local police aggressively go after anyone independent who's filming them.

Here's something I've never understood: isn't communism supposed to naturally emerge as a result of a post-scarcity society? If so, why is the conversation based around class and not how to achieve post-scarcity? Wouldn't the class conversation be better to deal with later?

From what I understand, Marx was actually an accelerationist regarding capitalism because it would hasten the arrival of a post-scarcity society.

In this context, I actually see how communism could work. If resources were so plentiful that the concept of private property for many things became superfluous, the means of production would also naturally be decentralized.

Only problem is we are nowhere near a post-scarcity society and at the rate we're going, probably never will be. That's why communists are retarded niggercattle. Well, one reason anyway.
