It took 17 pages of comments but I finally managed to find at least one fucking person who correctly points to the payment processors and the banks being the problem.

Idiot, the point is that if the banks decide they don't like you for whatever reason, they can just snap their fingers and fuck all your ways to collect money. What's amazing to me is that it doesn't really take that much brain power to deduce who is behind what. I wonder if they know deep down but find it easier to blame Trump or the governments.

The person "looking into" that was Jackie Singh, and IIRC what I saw what she found was Chinese IPs commenting on a wordpress site they owned, which she of course spun into RussiaGate 2.0.

These people act like their rights are about Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Hardcore Pornography. If it got to the point where all pornography gets banned like they predict with this, we'll have undergone such a societal cultural shift not being able to find furry porn online will be the least of their problems.
That's the right position for any situation in which all parties involved are furries.

Not to derail the thread or anything, but pointing out a reason why sex offenders don't get murdered in prison doesn't change the fact that they aren't: there are literally one million people in the US living on the registry, and most of them served at least some time in prison. Regardless of what I have to say, go check out a state registry sometime, and you'll find a list of people who survived prison.
I'm not saying you're NOT wrong. There's actually a few factors that have made sex offenders safer in prisons, at least at the federal level: designated correctional facilities that house significantly higher populations of offenders (the prison that Jared Fogle went to is one of those, and in general prison populations have exploded with offenders due to increased prosecution and long sentences) and higher prosecution rates for guard misconduct being chief among them. The worst of the worst may very well get their comeuppance in a jail yard, sure. But, as I maintain, most offenders can, and do, survive prison.
anyway, as I said, I don't want to derail the thread further, so if you want to talk about offenders in prison we can chat it up in DMs. If anything, Snakething is still alive in prison, and I hope you would agree with me that he's one for the yard.

Well that sets the precedent that complaining loudly enough will get one of the biggest furry porn sites on the internet to take shit down without pushback. Caving to this guarantees that you're only going to get more people complaining, not less. Doesn't matter if you're a furry porn site or any other site. Looks like Null is the only site owner with any kind of sense.

It always kind of confused me as to why Varka headquartered Bad Dragon in Arizona. It's a purple state so it's not universally accepting of degenerate shit. But it's also a literal desert so I'm guessing back in 08/09 or whenever it was he moved to the US to start the company the land was dirt cheap because it's borderline uninhabitable. He apparently owns a house and large amount of acreage in the county that neighbors where Phoenix (the company HQ) is.
I'm just spitballing here but I don't think advertising on e621 generates any meaningful revenue for Bad Dragon. That goes for all of their other owned properties as well like F-List and that Pokemon porn site. Bad Dragon owns all of these properties so they can choke it with ads leading back to their main business and drive up sales. Any money they make from selling ads to other people is probably negligible and at best just pays for the continued operations of those websites and nothing else. Also owning so many high traffic outlets linking back to the BD website probably has an effect on search engine optimization because high traffic websites are considered trustworthy sources by whatever web crawling algorithm powers the search. (This is how it used to be like 20 years ago, I don't know how much that has changed if any.)
Before Bad Dragon, Varka ran some kind of VPN or tunneling service with that other zoophile Douglas Spink (Baneki was the name?). Varka is also either the owner or co-owner of Input/Output Flood in Arizona which is some kind of server/hosting business. I am certain he has the knowledge and tools necessary to just circumvent laws and regulations by way of masking or hiding traffic somehow. I don't think neither he nor his company need to go anywhere, he will just hide everything behind a wall of smoke.
