I actually read (not listened, they must have put the mic in his mask so it blew the audio out) the transcript for this and was impressed with this guy's resume (MD in newborn ICU, research scientist and inventor of green light heart monitors used in smart watches) and ideas about healthcare, so I looked him up. He apparently owns 46 fursuits, including several of the most expensive suits ever made. This man has spent at least 100k on suits. He also regularly attends work in fursuits, including zentai/latex suits.
He supposedly held an exhibition at Burning Man 2019 where he hung up a bunch of furry make-out pillows on PVC pipes for some reason but I can't find any record of the event (playa?) on Burning Man's website.

The actual content of Victoria's accounts is pretty benign- the boomer lawyer's presentation might give the false impression that she was directly posting furry gore, whereas in fact she was only following people who posted furry and/or gore and/or drawn CP. Still suspicious as fuck, but not exactly a smoking gun.

This genuinely surprises me. My mental model of the jailhouse gay furry has always been "Dude loves furry porn; his biggest fantasy is having sex with his furry waifu; he realizes women aren't into that; he decides that having sex with a man in a fursuit gets him closer to the vision in his head than having sex with a normal, naked woman." I always thought these guys should just leave the furry community, hide their powerlevel, find some dorky woman, and reach some compromise with her about how much of the fetish she is willing to accommodate (she might balk at a fursuit but would being willing to throw on some ears and a tail once in a while). I think a lot of woman are more willing to do such things than they might seem, as long as it's discreet and they actually like the guy/think he's cool otherwise: Juju the Cow gets his udder milked by making normal women laugh, not by trawling the halls of Anthrocon for tail.
I'm aware many men go through life without ever having the experience of being sexually desired by a woman, and it's not terribly surprising some of them would go for the only people, gay guys, who do express such desire. And it makes sense that some of these men would adopt furry stuff as a way to make going gay more palatable. But the idea that there are gay furries out there who are not only not fundamentally gay, but not even fundamentally furry, fills my heart with pity.

That's the funny bit, though: they'll say they're as gay as the day is long, but if you look at their preferences in porn it's usually wall-to-wall tits, and often not even in futa form. Spent my teens around furries and it to this day amaze me how people unironically think "Furry" = "I wanna fuck animal ladies". I admit I'm wrong, but I thought the vast majority of furries were formed in the crucible of weird childhood fixations on specific cartoon characters that got reinforced and generalized via jerkin'. All the furries I've ever known were of this type, though I don't know many since I don't interact with the furry community. If it's mostly an incel + groomer dynamic, I guess that's a more reasonable explanation, though harder for me to empathize with. I know fetish/porn escalation can happen, and I assume the grooming process is more subtle than this, but I just picture a dude thinking, "Well, all my friends masturbate to this stuff, so I should give it a try..." and laugh. Furry porn seems like the kind of thing where if you're not already into it by the end of your teenage years, how could you ever get into it? And if somebody is being groomed into it because he's a frustrated virgin, I hope it would take a few more years than that before he throws up his hands and declares, "Women are impossible; life is a yiff!"
