Might be onto something there, this guy seems to have the same generally thin eyebrows and long hair but I'm not sure if he has the same chin as the person that is identified in photos as the alleged shooter.

I don't think it's that guy. He has gauged ear piercings (the kind/size that never close up) while the shooter has none. The shooter also looks a fair bit younger than 36-37, which is how old that guy is today.

I have my doubts, that article is from 2016 and Maxwell is 29 in those photos. The shooter doesn't really look 37 but then again, the only clear photo has half his face missing. Also, here is an Antifa Watch profile. Shows one extra picture.
