TPTB obviously want to deescalate the situation. Word has come down from DNC to pull all campaign ads for the time being and their big names are all coming out with carefully worded condolences tweets. If the shooter had a manifesto or any crazy shit we won’t be seeing it until years from now after the modern equivalent of the Warren Commission wraps up their investigation AND all documents are released. As to how long that’ll take? Well, we still don’t have all the docs from the JFK assassination so that gives you an idea of the timeline.

Again, there is plenty of space for reasonable tinfoilery, but its also very understandable why the sniper would have held fire until he was 100% certain it was an active shooter. And its also easy to see how bad call at the top didn't have the guy preemptively ventilated, and why the person making that bad call wouldn't have thought it was a bad call at the time.

The CS already is weapons free the second he is in position. He doesn’t need anyone giving him authority to shoot. They are expected to take action if they see a threat

The CS guy flinched because he couldn’t believe it was really happening, not because some fat career gov pinhead was deliberating optics. The CS guy was probably concerned that some local hillbilly cop agency had assets out there and it was not fully communicated, and he didn’t want to create a a blue on blue issue.

If Trump had died (inches away from happening, Jesus Christ...), Obama would not have written that. Obama is a smart man and is very careful about what he says and there is no doubt that the motivation here was to sow suspicion.

They're simply limiting their statements to what has been officially announced. Its not in their interest to openly assume the shooter was one of their own, acting on their directions or even was trying to kill Trump.

Currently there's so much conflicting information not much is conclusive, they haven't even 100% confirmed the guy the fbi named is the shooter, let alone his motives

More likely than being a disgruntled never-Trumper is that just he registered as a Republican in 2022 to vote against Dr. Oz, rather than agreeing with the GOP's ideology.

Go hire some rent a cop to go weld all the manhole covers shut on the route you drive to work and see how that works out for you. Next time you go out to dinner, hire a rent a cop and have him set up a sniper nest on top of the restaurant. There are a lot of things that are Secret Service SOP that just cannot be done with private resources. Additionally, if you want to hire a private security detail for a former president, where are you going to recruit from? Obviously the entire team is going to be ex government agents, whether that be ex federal LEOs, former special forces, or ex glowies. Might as well skip the middle man entirely.

Keep in mind, Trump is a zionist and promised green cards to millions of immigrants. It makes alot of sense that a republican would want him dead and would think that killing him would make a difference. One should also keep in mind that Biden pretty much lost, whoever replaces Trump if Thomas succeeded would win because everyone now accepts the fact that Biden is some jibbering corpse.
