This event has made people go full mask off. People I thought were generally docile and civil were non-jokingly (though a few tried to play it off as a joke once they realized I wasn't laughing or co-signing) talking about how dismayed they were it missed in broad daylight.
One in particular said, "I commend whoever it was for at least trying to change things for the better."
It just feels so bewildering to me that people have this much contempt for the goofy conman, even more so to support his assassination openly in public. It's one thing to yap on the internet about it, but openly supporting an assassination attempt in public? May the Secret Service bully you just for the lack of discretion.

I've been looking at the supporters in the background. They're interesting

Some stuck out to me:

>Woman in blue with hat and big glasses to the mid right is startled by the gunshot
>Guy in green boonie hat to the mid left is confused and very slow to react
>Dustin Hoffman-looking dude with hat and phone to extreme left doesn't react at all, looks stoned
> Brick Guy. Dude in front row had a brick jacket or suit (was also interviewed) with a matching brick tie and a PA beard. I imagine this represents building the wall, but me and my buddy were laughing at this motherfucker. Where can I get these fine items?

150m is near the apex of a 5.56's arc. Such we were taught to aim at the very bottom of the 150m target.

The shooter was very likely very steady, may have zeroed his rifle, but if he had optics I doubt he got a range or dialed it. Given the bullet hit trump's ear, its very likely he was aiming center-mass and didn't account for the ballistic "rise"

He made a perfect shot. Trump might have even turned his head while the bullet was in midair.
Point your left fingers on the top of your left ear, where Trump got grazed, while facing forward. That is where the bullet was headed. It was going to go through one ear and out the other.
Now turn to the right without moving your finger. Your finger should now be pointed parallel to your head. Just like how Trump was hit.

I can't even conceive of thinking that this was faked.
So what did they do? Hire an expert sniper to fire live ammo across the head of the president into the crowd behind him? Knowing a single breeze or the president turning his head a second too early or second too late would kill him?

Let's say the shot wasn't real. So they got a corpse propped it up in the crowd, put a corpse on a building, hired a bunch of rednecks to scream "THERES A GUY ON THE ROOF!" For a few minutes before the attempt. With a propped up corpse on the roof for the would be assassin as well.
Then they faked the gunshots, had the propped up corpse's head explode while trump went down, cut his ear while down / used a blood packet ALL WHILE the press was around him snapping thousands of photos?
Cause that's the only other option I can think of for them faking it.
Unless you're going to claim they told the 20 year old to climb up on the roof and then shot him while he thought he was firing a real gun that was fake.

And again for everyone going "Registered republican."
Redditors have been doing this to try and vote in worse GOP candidates and you have to be registered as a republican to vote in their primaries. They brag about it constantly.

No, I saw him saying the shooting was at 150 metres, but remembered it as being 150 yards, and yards aren't the same as meters. My sleep deprived brain foggily came up with the number 440 something when it tried to remember what the conversion of yards to meters was, and I hit post before remembering that was actually the number of feet to 150 yards, not meters, and I'm not deleting it or editing away the mistake because fuck it, why deprive people of the chance to laugh at me being retarded?

It is worth noting that he could have both. SS and private security. It wouldn't even be hard to manage, just give both distinct roles for their section of security with SS having loose superiority in authority.

The larger problem is that it would be a resounding vote of no confidence for the SS which may damage their reputation forever.

The propaganda bombardment has gone non-stop for over a decade now, complete compliancy from all mass media and most of social media, it was plain too optimistic to believe a few corners of actual free thought on the edge of the internet like this place would even make a dent on this. What you're seeing is the end result, much like the cultural revolution in china has created the modern sociopathic mainland chinese that can run over a toddler and not even stop we're already seeing the consequences of half of the country thinking the other half are not just retarded inbreed hillbillies but literal subhumans who don't deserve to live.

For me it was clear the moment the ukraine invasion happened and how the west reacted, not because I supported russia but because all the neolibs did a 180° and started using unironic nazi-era memes about the russians. The kind of mind control needed to get people to flip from going hysterical about anything bad being said about minorities only to then draw an entire group of people as animals and orks would make even the best communist propagandists of the last century green with envy.

These are the people who didn't act or get the president off stage immediately when they had people yelling at them several minutes before about a guy with a gun going up the roof.

E: Or they intentionally let this happen hoping someone would take advantage of it and got what they wanted but not the result they were hoping for.
