Volunteer fire chief died after diving to protect his family - 17:30​

Shapiro says he has been speaking to the families of the two people who were shot and are still being treated.

He then goes onto pay tribute to volunteer fire chief Corey Comperatore, 50, who he says was killed last night and "dived on his family" to protect them.

Which begs the question. How did this 20 year old smelly Antifag know which roof would not have coverage? Dude was carrying a rifle. It's not like he could just go roof shopping during the rally. How did he know where the SS would not be?

He's 20 years old, most people under 23 have used Discord at least once in their lives. Unfortunately, we may never know which servers he was on and who he was talking with unless someone leaks DMs in the future.

This is the same SS that let a guy with a rifle-looking object in the vicinity of the rally. They probably let him roof shop on top of it.

Tbf the idea that security is going to be perfect is dumb, unless you completely close off the public, there's going to be an opportunity for someone determined. Security is mostly for deterrence. For all the people saying they should have drones and extra people and yada yada that just means more noise for whoever is coordinating to filter out, the idea is your general reckless dude is caught or decides it isn't worth it, it's like a lock on your house, you can make it harder and harder to pick but if someone just uses charges to blast the front of the house in then all the locks in the world wont stop it. Security is mostly about theatre and deterrence and stopping any retard who flips a coin and decides to have a whack

There’s nothing saying he knew anything. It was fucking brazen to climb that ladder with a rifle just feet away from people watching him do it, but like, if he was going to do what he did and that shit was open, idk

The only roof that DID have coverage was the one immediately next to Trump, right? At least none of the roofs of nearby buildings did.

Maybe it was spite and maybe incompetence, and maybe even it was design, but there was a straight up insufficient amount of security, and the Biden administration had been denying requests to provide more
