He's a former federal prosecutor who went back to private practice and runs a "free speech blog" complaining about SLAPP suits. Some of it was reasonable and decent, but he went off the deep end in 2015 and his legal mind rotted away leading to atrocious statements like saying someone (Vic Mignogna) accused of being a rapist had no right to sue or this bile.

At this point I hope an illegal plows into his car head on during rush hour and he bleeds out. He probably wants far worse for the people he's calling to be attacked in this post.

The worst part is well this is the version that people belive will happen. Imagine you're a child of TDS or liberals. You're not allowed to watch anything edgy and told if someone says the n word as a joke make a scene. Now imagine you have a super mega Hitler being told day in and day out by msnbc and CNN and your scary outlets that Teflon Don is orange cheeto Hitler. I think it's a miracle the Donald is alive and we're pretty lucky we haven't seen more violence. But to the TDS liberals this is a doomsday scenario that they believe is literal fascism.
