Yes, while women have been part of the SS for decades, the lady currently in charge of the Secret Service did start initiatives for 30% of the force to consist of women for "equity"

During her tenure so far there's been a 48% turnover rate of agents quitting the Secret Service. In this archived interview she says the Secret Service needs more "diversity".
