I mean would YOU volunteer to carry a partially rotted corpse down a dirt track on a hot day so your wife can make content with it for Instagram? I imagine if doctors hooked up Glenn to some kind of brain imaging machine, gazing at Luna would light up his brain in the same way gazing at that dead plant in their foyer would light up his brain.

And nobody would bat an eye at Glenn refusing to cart a potted plant down a dirt track on a hot day.

I don't blame him. I find the idea of having a mostly brain dead child at home (whose condition is your fault cause you were a total moron and that your wife now treats as a doll) to be very traumatic so I'd dissociate any feelings toward it to protect myself as well. Esp. if I had other kids that are actually alive.

Robyn has bought a new sling that seems less safe then the usual ones. It states it can hold older toddlers up to 40 lbs or so. They cost about $85/$95 each.

I saw these posts on Instagram earlier and have questions: Why do they have to keep the house very cool for Luna? If she is not moving and poorly perfusing wouldn't the opposite be true? Robyn claims she needed the Fire sling so Oakley and her can cuddle by the fire because the house is so cold for Luna's benefit.
Did Garage Gym Glenn recently get a gym membership? I don't remember seeing him in a that setting until recently.

Luna's brain is so damaged she has no way to regulate her temperature. I think she also lost the ability to sweat at some point.

He has always sometimes used the gym he used to sell classes out of his garage.

So seeming that Luna is clearly deteriorating, I’ve been thinking about things that could be potentially done to help end her suffering. If Globyn weren’t insane (mainly Blobyn), is it actually legal to take the shunt out, withdraw food and water and let her die? I don’t have a medical background so I have no clue. Also Lunas case isn’t exactly straightforward.

I only work on the periphery of the medical field. I have seen families when one of their elders experience a devastating CVA or ICH decide not to place a feeding tube and keep the elderly family member on "comfort measures". Basically medicate them as needed until they die. I doubt removing a shunt would be done or needed. The shunt has either failed or is unable to handle the drainage needed, so what's the point of removal?
