The show had a bunch of the anime weebs and geeks from Weeb Wars who wanted non-woke entertainment. They tied into the Fandom Menace and Comicsgate by sharing this grift, but the anti-woke or anti-SJW turned into Star Wars and Marvel bashing and Disney bashing that seems to be in vogue now...
TL;DR it is bashing woke people ruining their entertainment while crowing about how Disney is going BANKRUPT for the 15th time this year...

Yeah a lot of it has devolved into just covering the punching bag de jeur. It's the Acolyte at the moment. It'll be that Agatha Harkness show next. "Disney Star was is shit and Disney is losing money!" draws a lot of clicks. I like Little Platoon's content because he spends more time talking about why these shows suck from a writing perspective and less just calling them woke. He also does it in a lot more concise and structured way than Mauler.
I think it's more likely he will at some point talk about how the youngest Trump in the family needs to have Donald talk to him about sexual stuff, or describe in detail how he and the wife get it on, much like Nick wanted from his parents.

Would it be too much of a stretch to say he's so YouTuber-illiterate he probably doesn't even know how to change it? This man bought the most expensive consumer graphics card in the world at the time (RTX 3090 Ti), and for a scalped price... just to do his basic streams. I don't think he's very smart, or technical.

I will never say that all these people don't actually believe the things they're saying about how they feel about these Disney/woke movies and shows, however, this is all clearly just a never-ending grift at this point.
How many times is Disney or these other companies doomed to the point of things turning around? Even back when I was a fan I got tired of hearing over and over that things were changing. While it is true that more people are aware of ESG slop, absolutely nothing has changed in terms of the output from these studios, so continuing to say over and over that the end is near is just a facade. The only other things that remain consistent are the drop in quality of these Fandom Menace shows, and the flow of money into their bank accounts from it, so at some point one begins to wonder why you keep throwing money in to see/hear the same things over and over again.
I've also went on long enough previously about all the thots in this space that are clearly there just to bring in simps. Once that started happening was when I was done, because I felt weird being a viewer while all this simpery was going on, and the quality of banter really suffered because of that in my opinion. Now it suffers from that, and other reasons such as too many people.
I realize I've sperged about this FNT stuff a lot, but I was a big fan and really liked Gary's channel as a whole, and I still do have a great deal of respect for him. I just really want his show/channel to get better, but I'm not optimistic on that.
Sorry for taking up so much thread space lately with my long ramblings on this Fandom Menace stuff. Going forward I will only post those in the Comicsgate thread, unless it is specifically related to Rackets somehow.
Speaking of Mauler, he and the others on EFAP owe Synthetic Man an apology. Treated him badly on their show after the GoW review, but now that the Sweet Baby Inc controversy has happened, suddenly it's okay to acknowledge the ESG in that game. I'm sure it'll never happen though.
While Synth is quite the sperg, and can go on very cringy rants at times, his long 8-10 hour streams have completely replaced Rekieta streams for me when I'm in the car, or want background noise on the TV.

Unlike Rekieta, whom I wish nothing but the most unpleasant of online interactions, and the worst possible outcome in his several lawsuits against him, I wish Gary nothing but the best. I just wish his show would go back to the way it was a few years ago is all.

Most of them are just faceless dicks and I don't think they really care one way or the other. I think a lot of them do end up sewer sliding after getting addicted to drugs so I'm confident it's an equal-opportunities industry when it comes to draining the soul.
Okay but to play devil's advocate, we have no idea if anyone found anything those times, and CPS is required to investigate literally every call they get.
I had to deal with this when my literally, actually paranoid schizophrenic father in law forgot to take his meds. Anytime he forgot to take his meds and had an episode, he would call CPS and tell them I sold my children into satanic sex slavery, and told them to "check the secret tunnel behind his refrigerator." Even though it is literally schizophrenic ramblings, they still had to send someone out to my house and ask "hey can you just bring your kids out here real quick so I can close this case out?"
