Thats the kind of facts that make me feel better about the people I’m voting for. Anyone who was against us sending more money to Ukraine and at the same time helping Trump is good in my book. Don’t really care if he was against Trump in 2016, a lot of people who like Trump now were against him back then. Trump was a basically a tv show host in the minds of most people, thinking he was running a legitimate campaign at the beginning was a crazy thought. Fuck I didn’t think Trump was a good vote at the start either but obviously now I’m glad I’m wrong.

This. I would fund his campaign, and assign him as a top level appointee where he can make a difference in the areas he is passionate about.

That's assuming Karen and Jamal can even get to Cletus and Sally-May's homestead. The first thing in an American Civil War 2 scenario that's getting bombed to shit are the roads and highways going into and out of large blue enclaves -- read: cities.

How long do you think New York City or Austin can survive without any food being shipped in? A week, maybe? How many urbanite preppers do you know? So yeah. First week maybe some military is sent to put down some uppity rednecks, then the roads going into/out of cities are destroyed, and the military is thus immediately needed to protect the remaining ones and help ensure food is shipped into/out of the cities. The hungry, hungry cities. From farms in regions that want to see those cities burn and starve.

Forget cotton, you'll see Democrats trying to make people grow Potatoes and Corn at gunpoint. Heh. Well, Plantations, Gulags, leftists do have a thing for labor camps. Wonder if that's one reason why Gates was working on buying up as much US farmland as he could -- automate the farms and you seriously cut down on the power the lesser caste has against him and his friends.

We now have months of poll data that shows if RFK is in the Race Trump loses a point and Biden loses as much as -seven-. And they are absolutely lopsided in how much they take from close races.

Good pick with Vance with what I have heard of him. New blood being readied for a possibly long career, has a nonwhite wife so any racism case for his anti immigration shit is pretty much only gonna be bought by people who already buy it before knowing him. Catholic populism, not totally anti collective bargaining but also not just supporting the democrat mob form of it. Always thought tariffs sucked but thats just repub econ, less bad than left. Oh also wont support trannies wants to ban that hormone shit on kids and make it criminal. Very far from the worst.

One kino thing I enjoy about Vance being picked is it makes him much more the choice in '28 than Meatball.

Just the little boot kick holes in the doors of the Florida Governor's mansion right now, discarded chicken sandwich wrappers everywhere, his wife telling him she needs to be governor in '26 or it's all over, :story:

I side-eye Vance for his anti abortion stance, but he's Republican so I don't know what I expected. At least he's not 900 years old.

(If I ran the universe, any lawmaker wanting to be anti-abortion or anti- birth control would have to sit in on a few autopsies of toddlers that had been beaten to death by parents who never wanted kids in the first place, and spend at least 40 hours shadowing Child Protective Service caseworkers as they make home visits to unfit parents)

Realistically a strong pick when you look at the floated possible choices. Cuckservatives and Neocons hate the pick so that's based as they are gay.

Vance has been going pretty hard the last 4+ years in Trumps favor more so then almost any other GOP member and almost goes as hard as someone like Massie when it comes to shitty bills or stuff trying to be passed.

This is an insane shift from Pence to Vance policy wise as well and actual real Trump supporters have a pretty solid view of Vance. Scott, Rubio, Burgum, Haley etc would've all been disaster picks that bring nothing to the table and just give more incentive for Trump to get shot at again as they would be terrible as President.

Only other pick I would've personally supported was probably Carson because he is clearly 100% loyal or maybe Youngkin if you believe it would secure Virginia 100%.
